Outstanding not because I am Romanian and I would support what is mine, but because it is so. Tips: besides the museums: go the back entrance, as follows: when exiting the museum, take it to left corner, enter on Monetariei street, keep walking, having the walls of museum on the left hand. Enter on the next entrance. 1) There is Clubul Taranului Roman (Romanian Peasant Club). On the summer days there is a terrace ouside. On winter time, take it to the right, they are in the settled in the projection room - the room is used also for spectacles etc. The tables / chairs are peinted, in the Saxon style. 2) Enter to the front door and, the right, is a museum shop. Much bigger than the one at the Village Museum, low prices, adecquate display for items. 3) Go upstairs and there is Carturesti library - veru styiled, and not only with books, but also with cds, coffee etc. 4) In the backyard = the one with wood church - are organised, periodically, fairs of authentic Romanian food, Martisor fair (in Februaru etc.)
