if you wanna spend a good 2-3 hours walking on park alleys around a wide range of old peasant houses, other constructions and facilities (such as barns, clothes/water/wind mills, churches, ironworks, traditional furniture etc), go to the village museum. it's located within the Herastrau park and it's one of the biggest outdoors museum in Europe. it has over 300 traditional houses (some of them as old as the 16th Century) and you'll be surprised by some of the exhibits (such as the "half-buried" houses).
