I was there for a very important event in my life. We invited about 10 people to join us. What we found was a freezing cold room with a large menue.
So we all started to order from this menue. And believe me they could serve about 2% of all the dishes, but this they would tell us about 30 minutes to 1 hour after ordering. The so-called manager didn't want to help at all. She spoke english, but even my moldavian friends realized, that she just don't want to understand (even in moldovan or russian).
Our suggestion to go have a look in the kitchen or talk to the chef, to discuss the opportunities for a proper meal, with what they have, she agreed on, but when i made my move to the kitchen, she paniced.
A terrible restaurant. Big menue, but nothing can be served. In Switzerland you call it a big fake.
Don't waste your time with any discussions with the lady manager of the hotel. She seems not to have the intelligence to understand or help. Sometimes it felt, like she is manager, so she's always right but doesn't need to bring any effort.
Luckily late at night, just before we left, the official restaurant manager showed up. He tried to make me a little happier with a fair discount. But it was too late to have a good feeling in this restaurant.
Forget about it, they promise a lot, but cannot fullfill.
