Fantastic hotel convenient to the airport.
Rooms are large, clean and well equipped.
WiFi service is free and fast. Some of the rooms are on the fringe of the WiFi coverage. Ask to change rooms if you have a weak signal.
Breakfast buffet is fantastic. The smoothies are world class. And don't miss the chocolate croissants!
A bit outside of the city center.

This will be my home port whenever I come to Zagreb.

Clean, lean and friendly hotel. It is in the outskirts of Zagrebm so no hassle to go into the city and save time.
Rooms equipped with wood, good beds, silent airconditioning, free wifi. Roomservice works efficient and breakfast has all choices one needs.
costs: cheaper than the downtown hotels.

We went to Croatia by with the family (3 adults, 1 15yr old) and decided to drive the 1200km in one go; Needless to say we were very glad to reach the hotel around 11:00. We had asked for connecting rooms in our booking.
Service at check-in was great:
* We were delighted to hear that we could check-in immediately (check-in is normally at 14:00).
* The bellboy came to our car to assist us with our luggage. Greatly appreciated considering it was a hot day and we we exhausted
* The floor-manager came to our room to unlock the doors that connected the two rooms we had.

The rooms were very clean and quiet, we had twin-beds but of great quality!
The bathroom was well-equipped, clean and spacious.

The swimming-pool and jaccuzzi provided us with the required energy for the next day.
The spa was marvelous: 3 different types of sauna, all getting light from outside. The glass-door made it feel spacious and 'open'. It had a turkish bath too, but we did not feel like using it because it had been so ot outside that day. The hotel has a revolving bar on the top-floor. Although the hotel is too far from town-center or anything worth seeing, the idea is great.

We liked the way the floors were organised. We did not have a window facing outside but facing the hub of the hotel (it seems like there was seems like there was a patio on the ground floor). The windows were dark, so people could not look inside from the other rooms unless you deliberatly left your curtains open and light on at night ;-)

In the morning, breakfast was great! Plenty of choice of fresh fruits, hot & cold buffet, drinks. All was served with a smile.

One remark on the rooms though !
It is indicated the rooms are on-smoking. Yet one of the rooms had an ash-tray and the smell of cigarettes as clearly noticeable. Our kids did not tell us this before the next morning, or i would really have asked for another set of rooms.

Room Tip: Verify at check-in there has been no smoking in the rooms. Check when going to your room before unpa...

The hotel has nice facilities, very clean, good decor, decent business rooms and a beuatiful (although small in capacity) SPA. The gym - attached to the Spa - has just three or four equipments. Unfortunately the hotel is located 30 min by car from old downtown, what could be a drag if you are here for tourism (no subway available).

The room I was in was good, confortable and clean, although I could not control A/C by myself(I needed to request that to the front desk people) and there was no hot shower (just warm water). I complained three times and... nothing. By the way, the customer service is pretty erratic, between average and less than mediocre. However, everybody try hard to assist you and do their best. 10 for the effort, I guess. The TV cable options are limited, an even more restricted by multiple channels in local language. Internet available is fast and reliable.

The buffet breakfast is excellent and offer tasty options - local and US standard - alike. It means European/Latin American style with fresh and crunchy breads, cold cuts, yougurt Yummy!

Stayed three nights in this hotel.
GOOD : beds, rooms, bf, service, parking, casino, the pool and spa are great !
BAD : distance from town, about 50 => 6 to 8 euro taxi ride to center
Business orientated, lacks a bit of personal touch.
