When we first arrived we were a bit sceptical. The building was an odd one and kind of out of place. But when we walked in the door, of what we now know is an old fire station, we were met by two smiling, very polite, English-speaking croatian women who helped us with everything and told us all about the museums, buildings and parks in Zagreb. Had it not been for Jo, one of the extremely friendly women, we would not have seen the Museum of Broken Relationships, Mali Medo Bar or the Champions League game between local team Dinamo Zagreb and Austria Wien.
If I have to mention a downside, which is indeed very hard, it would be the 10 minute work to and from downtown. Not a problem for two young men, but it could be for elderly people.
