I stayed here for a few nights and it was ok- the interior is attractive and the staff was very, very helpful with giving me advice about where to go and what to see, I even got a discount card for a nearby restaurant. It is located very close to downtown and the train station. They also offer laundry services, which was a plus. However, it always smelled like cigarettes even though there are no smoking signs everywhere, and it seemed like the staff did not want to be there- sometimes one of the front desk workers would sleep in an empty bed in our room or fall asleep on the couch in the common area. I always felt pressured to leave- like they didn't want people hanging around. They have two very old computers to use and the wifi is good, but the TV was always on and they blasted music every night until midnight. Overall, it was a fine place to stay for a couple of nights but I didn't sleep well while I was there.
I did spend one night in a private room in another building of theirs which was very nice and comfortable, but it was quite expensive.
