We had dinner twice during our 4 days stay in Sofia. The service was excellent in our first visit and good the second time. The food was delicious both days. The menu was long and impressive (mainly recipes from monasteries), with plenty of dishes I would have loved to try. We tried different salads, the marinated trout, the baked cheese with honey and nuts, the rabbit, a stew of lamb and another of chicken. Everything was perfect. As it's mentioned in other reviews, they charge you for the "complimentary" bread and salt, and it's probably true that they recommend you a slightly expensive wine, but those were two irrelevant details for us which didn't spoil our dinner at all. The prices were over the average in Bulgaria, but I think that was justified by the quality of the food, ambiance and service.
