The place is easy to find, it is right in front of an entrance to the “European Union” metro station. You’ll see it just behind the trees. Is the building with the “glass scaffolding”.
I expected more, honestly, the day I went there the exhibition was comprised by one sculpture, one installation and three bad photos. I wasn’t lucky at all and went around the place in five minutes. If they change often the exhibition it might be a good place to go, nevertheless, I couldn’t find any program or information so it’s just a matter of luck.
