A brilliant excursion - we chose the 'Evasion' option. Just four of us (a couple in their 70's & my daughter -in her 30s & me - a little older!) were travelling on the Cunard Queen Elizabeth & decided to spend part of our time in Papeete enjoying the lagoon with Nemo Cruises. Christophe & Sebastien met us at the quay side & we set off into the lagoon. We can not praise Christophe & Sebastien too highly. The weather was a little unkind & we had to retreat to the closed deck while the thunderstorm passed but that gave us the opportunity to see where Christophe prepared our lunch & to meet little Elliott - a Bischon Frieze puppy. What a lunch! He had emailed us the menu & created freshly cooked fabulous dishes in the galley & we had both alcoholic & soft drinks on offer. Sadly, the wildlife was a little lacking, only rays appeared and a few other fish. After lunch, my daughter & I climbed into the dinghy & Christophe took us to the site where underwater plane and boat wrecks could be seen. We can not praise highly enough the attention we received. Our only problem was a lack of fluency in French - all of us spoke some French & we managed to communicate. Don't let that put you off - it is a wonderful boat, glorious food & our hosts superb! Email Christophe if you can't understand the website & he will send the description in English. We agree with other reviewers, a MUST DO in Tahiti. Also, you can pay in Euros (also accepted in the market) so, forget the South Pacific Franc.
