Booked through my holiday centre and was unreal transfers were on time air con and helpful. Rooms were unreal right on the water the staff at hideaway would do anything for you and the food and beverage all inclusive package is well worth it (dont have to worry about a thing)

We have been back 2 weeks and i miss it sooo much. This lil hotel is in the middle of now where but it has every thing u need. Coming from the uk its a long trip but when we arrived we only waited a few minutes befor being shown to our room. Beach front bure was lovely waking up to the sae was great. The rooms dont have tvs which again was good. Had coffee and tea replaced every day never had to ask, with a little fridge to keep the milk and water in. We booked the bed and breakfast ( only option from the uk ) but decided to go all inclusive when we got there, im still not sure if this was the best option......a few point to make on the al..the mixers were out the bottles so were flat some times, cans cost extra as did coffee....i found that odd...but the food made up for this....what can i say it was amazing and im very fussy ( so ive been told many times !!!) I loved it the choices were fantastic breakfast lunch and dinner even the themed night were good but if u didnt liked the themes u still had the choice form the menu....I didnt try the snack bar so cant comment on that ( too full all the time ) . We did find one problem.....being smokers there was no area near to the bar to sit ( fantastic i hear all the non smokers ) but we got round this by sitting under the canopy by the pool....we met some great aussies that made our holiday and the staff were the best ive ever seen. You must try the staff bar too...i was warned about the kava but we drank it and was fine !!!! We took a local cab into Sigatoka to check out the town was ok but dont get taken into the tiny market u wont get out !!!! well not unless u buy all the toot....that is half the price in the shops... be warned !!We did buy some lovely craved fijian masks from one of the little shops NOT the market tho.....We also did the island boat trip which was a lot of traveling for 3 hours on an island but we had a great day with the friends we made. Would i go back.....in a flash its a different way of life out there, so chilled and relaxed i totally loved it and will be going back to the hide away one day.

Just back from an 8 day stay at the Resort. Its out of the way and about a two and half hours from Nadi by bus. The staff are wonderful. This is the only resort on the main island solely owned by Fijians which was a plus for me. It was just what the doctored ordered. Rest, Rest, Rest. Floating in the lagoon with fish swimming around you, bliss!! Evenings were spent in the Bar (especially Happy Hour) sipping a pre-dinner cocktail followed by a lovely meal. As a season spa-er; the experience was nice, but feel some more training is necessary. I had the weirdest mani and pedi - really not up to scratch! Overall, I had a great time and will be visiting again!!!

Room Tip: I stayed at the end of the resort away (western side) from the main activities. The room I had hadn...

Our 8 night stay could not have been better, everything about this resort we found was fantastic from start to finish. What ever you needed the wonderful staff went that extra mile to make it happen so you wanted for nothing. Waking up to the sound of breakers crashing over the reef in stead of city traffic every morning was in itself worth the cost of this trip
We found the all inclusive package to be hassle free as what you ate & drank was mostly covered.
The Fiji Hideaway resort&spa!!! Fantastic, you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: A beach view rooms are my choice

Spent our wedding anniversary in feb 2012 and had a fantastic time. After reading some reviews i was a little unsure but i could not have been more happier. The snorkelling was fantastic didn't expect to see so many beautiful fish right at your door step. The people are the most friendly people i have ever met and always smiling, the workers at the Hideaway go out of their way to make you feel at home just fantastic. to be expected it's hard to keep the rooms perfect due to the humidity and being on the beach but we didn't have a problem just a few baby ants here and there but that's to be expected. we stayed in a beach from Bure and then changed to the delux rooms and wow they were beautiful. i advise to do the all inclusive package as it's a fantastic deal and you don't have stress about anything. would go back there without a doubt.

This resort is the place to be if you just need to rest and relax. As always the staff are fantastic and just great fun to be around, this was our 8th trip to "our piece of paradise". There have been many upgrades to the resort since the same time last year wow just fantastic more upgrades underway, the resort is now under new management and it has made a huge difference to whole resort and staff the visible difference is amazing. The shows at night are all new you can see they are all so happy to entertain the guests and get them involved on stage.
We can't wait to go back again & again yeah sure there are many other places to go but why would you when you are treated like family from the moment you check in from these amazing and friendly people, any complaints about this resort should just fall on deaf ears, just relax fiji time is great. This resort like I said above "OUR PIECE OF PARADISE" just relax enjoy.

We spent Christmas 2012 at The Hideaway which was our ninth visit to this wonderful resort, even a cyclone couldn't ruin our holiday. The staff (or should we say friends) as always were just wonderful. Within 30 minutes of sitting at the bar for our first much longed for Fiji Gold we were totally relaxed. The food was simply fantastic, even though the cyclone had impacted on food deliveries. You wouldn't have known that there was a cyclone if you had of come just one day after it has passed through. After suffering a terrible event in our lives in October we looked at going somewhere different but just knew that our "Hideaway Family" would be just the medicine we needed and they have well and truly helped in our recovery. We will be back to make it an even tenth visit as soon as we can. The Day Spa is even better now it is has the new additions and is so relaxing having treatments whilst hearing the waves of the ocean. We can highly recommend this place for couples and families, you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: We always do an upgrade for the Beachfront Villa but all the rooms are very good and the refurbished...
