Wonderful room, beautiful views, great food. Check out the salt mine terraces a short hike from the hotel.

As soon as you get onto the grounds you're immediately transferred into this beautiful oasis in the Andes! There are flowers everywhere and beautiful landscaping. Each room is a spacious casita with a porch and stainglass windows. It's so quiet and peaceful. The pool area is nice. The restaurant was top notch. We ate breakfast and dinner there and loved it! Would love to stay there again

The Hotel Sol y Luna is a beautiful property in the Sacred Valley. The casitas are beautifully decorated, the grounds are lovely, and the staff is more than attentive- this was one of the nicest properties I visited during a 6 day stay in Cusco and the Sacred Valley. I would highly recommend it!

Room Tip: Ask for a casita in the new section of the property. Have dinner by the fireplace in the restaurant.

I could see in every detail the hotel has mixed simplicity and luxury with spectacular nature. I could breathe peace, relax away from the city and the traffic and feel at home with a warm service. So the service details and they do a wonderful stay and they have managed projects at all times. 100% recommended!

Beautifully decorated casitas welcomed us after a full day of hiking. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent dining room and bar. Really enjoyed the cooking demonstration! Highly recommended.

What an amazing place! Please take more than a day or evening to stay at this resort. The service is beyond expectations, the grounds are beautiful, the accomodations are more than I could have hoped for. We dined in front of the fireplace while having a cocktail. The resort opened the spa at 5 a.m., so that I could work out prior to leaving for the train to Machu Picchu. The breakfast is superb with choices for the healthiest, to the more indulgent guest. I didn't have time for a spa treatment, but the facilities are with beautiful stained glass windows and so very tranquil. Take your time and make the effort to enjoy this opportunity!

We stayed at the Sol & Luna for 2 nights, 16 - 17 September 2011.
The hotel grounds are beautiful and very maintained with wonderful flowers attracting hummingbirds and butterflies.
The cassitas (rooms) were charming and perfect in every respect. The bathrooms exceptionally well thought out with lovely complimentary cosmetics. During the evenings when we were eating the staff tidied the bathroom, replaced wet towels with clean ones and placed hot water bottles in the bed - very welcome.
Food was excellent both in the restaurant and in Wayra. One point to make is that Wayra is quite a distance from the main hotel area and rooms - not a problem for us but it may have been so if it had been raining!
On the second night there was a horse show just outside the Wayra building which was very good.
We were a party of six touring Peru for 2 weeks and this hotel was voted the favorite by everyone. We would highly recommend the Sol & Luna if you are wanting to stay in the Sacred Valley.
