“Was fantastic”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2012 via mobile

Myself, wife and 2 adult children just had dinner here. We started with the 3 quinoa salad and asparagus salad. Entrees were Salmon, Sea Bass and Trout. Also enjoyed a nice glass of Malbec. This is a beautiful location overlooking the ruins. Service was excellent and the food was even better. We finished with cheesecake and some other delicious desserts. Was fairly pricey but the food and atmosphere made it worthwhile.

“Beautiful View Of the Ruins, Good Food and Excellent Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 21, 2012

We had lunch here the day before we flew back to the U.S. A. It was so crowded because there were two big affairs going on- one was sponsored by a local airlines and one was a reception sponsored by an International company.
We were thankful that the tour company reserved a table for us . It was on the terrace overlooking the beautiful ruins.
We had a good waiter, Mr. Vazquez. He was very friendly, efficient and professional. We loved the hot bread. They came around regularly to see if we needed more bread, butter or drinks. We ate a lot because we wanted to try different food. We had appetizers like ceviche, fried jumbo shrimp and baked scallops. I got the grilled trout which was delicious. My husband got the grilled tuna which he said was a little fishy. The presentation of the food was done well.
For drinks, my husband got the Pisco Sour. I got the Chicha Morada de Mais. The service was very impressive!
This was the best lunch we had on this trip.
Parking was ample. There was a valet parking.

“The best view, over-priced an average food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 13, 2012

You are paying for the view. The food is heavy and over-priced. The drinks are average, and the service is too artificial, they really dont care about your needs. Nonetheless, and if this is your first time in Lima, you MUST come to enjoy the fantastic views of of one of the finest archaeological sites in Lima. For sure, ask for a table outside!

“A Dinner must - if you are in Lima for one single night”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2012

Elegant setting, sophisticated clientele, exquisite cuisine, amazing view, and very alert and polite staff - that is what Huaca Pucllana restaurant has to offer. Make reservations, come dressed well and enjoy the evening.

The dinner we had was the most enjoyable and memorable meal in our Peru trip. Could not have asked for anything more.
