I am adventurous and when I was told that Cuy or guinea pig is a staple of Peruvian cuisine I was determined to have some! Had it here and it was amazing! The skin was crispy while the rest of the meat was just delicious! In addition to the Cuy, we had conchitas a la parmesana which were fabulous! Fish Ceviche which is cooked in lime juice and some grilled octopus. I was impressed by the octopus as it was soft but not chewy. All in all it was a great experience and for anyone willing to try new things this place is the perfect venue for that! Lastly, I've read others' opinions and they indicate that the service is slow and while it is very true you must remember that this is a fine dining establishment so if you're in a hurry go elsewhere. Also this Latin America and the pace of life is slower so you are going to get slow service often so you may as well get used to it so if you're in a hurry you can find fast food restaurants that are still not as fast as what you are used to bu certainly faster. If you really want the Peruvian dining experience have some time available because our lunch took about 2 hours and I cherished every minute of it!
