Being a designer, I couldn’t stop noticing the lack of style and crowded space. We sat on the restaurant area and asked the waiter for the drinks menu. To my surprise, he replied sharply "we don't have one". I asked how would I know what drinks do they serve and their prices. He replied "Just ask me". I thought how dodgy! Not showing a price in print meant he could charge any price later, and logically, the pricier the biggest his commission. With no options, I ordered a Maracuya sour, and had to ask for its price (awkward). He said "25 soles". This created some expectations; it is the highest price for this drink in Lima. How disappointing when he brought a tiny tumbler glass, 100 ml. Common! Normally, this cocktail is 300 ml and served in a tall Pisco or cocktail glass. We felt so annoyed by overall poor quality and "take it or leave it" attitude, we didn't want to stay for food. Btw, the bill came with a fixed 13% service charge. Avoid!!
