Used this conveniently located hostal twice on going from and to Lima airport. They came and picked us up and droppped us off (though they billed us for the transfers).

This place is nearly impossible to find unless the taxi knows the area. We had to make our way there from one of the bus stations once, and our taxi driver very kindly stopped at payphone and called them for us to get directions.

When we finally got to Hostal Victor we were tired and starving - they ordered us a huge box of chinese noodles - best I've had in ages!

Hot water, big bed, comfortable and clean. Not very glamorous, but who cares if you're only sleeping there for a few hours! This place is great for a quick stopover while you're waiting for your flight, and kipping in the airport is not a viable option.

The Hostal Victor is near the airport so if you are arriving late and getting up early to catch your next flight then this is a good hotel to stay in.

The room was large with a comfortable bed and the shower had plenty of hot water even at 5:30am!

The staff here are all lovely and very helpful.

Not ideal to stay near the airport for safety/aesthetic reasons, but this hostal fulfills its basic purposes if you/your group would like to be close to the airport or are planning a next morning trip from Lima. Our group arrived in Lima late at night from Houston-Atlanta and had a 4am van trip planned for Paracas/Islas Ballestas. Residencial Victor proved clean, had reliable hot water, quiet rooms, with free internet access in the lobby and breakfast included (bread, jam, coffee, tea). Bottled water can be purchased from the hotel staff. Victor Melgar Morales can arrange tours as well. Our group arranged tours of Paracas, Ica pisco vineyards, Laguna Huacachina, and a flight over the Nazca Lines through Victor (on Aerocondor). Payment for this hotel can be made in cash or by credit card.
