I liked the reviews here on TripAdvisor and found a very low rate on Orbitz (about a half of what other sites sell it for, including the hotel's own). At this price, it was a great value.

When we got there, the building front did not look at all like the photo up here on TripAdvisor, so we thought we were brought to the wrong hotel. But it was the correct one and it looks like in the photo on the hotel's website.

Orbitz rates it a 4-star, but it is certainly not a luxury hotel. The room was an average 3-star room in South American standards. It was clean and comfortable. The door does not provide any soundproofing, so we could hear people talking in the corridor as they walked by. Fortunately it was very quiet at night and we got good sleep.

There is free WiFi throughout, but the signal was quite weak in our room. Also, there were no available outlets to plug the laptop into; we had to unplug the TV to use the outlet...

Breakfast (free) was awesome. They even let us in before 3am on our last morning to grab some pastries for the 30-minute taxi ride to the airport.

The location is excellent within walking distance to places of interest and restaurants. We had no problem walking around in the evening; the streets were full of people.

At this price, we would certainly stay here again.

Tip: the hotel offers a $35 ride from the airport. Instead, go to the "authorized taxi" desk at the terminal (as you exit baggage claim, the desk is right at the door out) and prepay just 45 Soles (about US$15). Then arrange with the driver to pick you up from the hotel back to the airport.

Stayed here 3 times during the course of our holiday to Peru booked through Llama Travel. Stayed in rooms 301, 303 & 206.

All rooms were clean, modern, had a TV, fridge, mini bar and the showers in the bathrooms were great. Good electrical points near mirrors which is handy for the ladies. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms so it would be handy to bring your own kettle. Rooms can be a little bit noisy due to normal street noise but not enough to spoil your stay.

Breakfast was served from 6am and is on the 2nd floor. Breakfast consisted of cereals, fruit juices, croissants, rolls, jams, cooked meat and cheese. They also had scrambled eggs, which were delicious, chicken, sausage, bacon and sometimes chips! The usual tea and coffee were also available. They also do evening meals but can’t comment as we did not eat in the hotel.

The Reception staff were friendly and efficient.

There is also a bar area next to reception serving cocktails, pisco sour’s, branded spirits and beers. The charge for their pisco sours were 15 soles each, a bargain at £3!

Felt very safe outside the hotel as you are in the Miraflores district. The Larcomer shopping centre is about a 20 min walk from the hotel, where shops, restaurants, bowling alley (great fun), cinema, food court serving KFC, Pizza Hut etc were all under one roof.

In the Miraflores district there were plenty of restaurants, fast food outlets to choose from offering great value and good food. We did find there were a lot of ‘Chifa’ restaurants which were Chinese, very tasty!

Overall, great hotel for a couple of days, would recommend.

It is a bit off the path of Central Miraflores.
Breakfast was a very nice buffet.
The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy

This hostel is definitely very nice. Nice and clean rooms, VERY nice breakfast (I love it). The beds are comfortable. Close proximity to LarComar which is the tourist trap. It's beautiful though. You can walk to the coast and jogging and what not. Definitely recommended.

Modern hotel in an excellent location - about a ten minute walk from Larco Mar shopping mall which has a great selection of bars and restaurants over looking the ocean. Facilities were good - we had a fridge in the room and there was free internet access from the hotel lobby. Rooms were modern and functional and there was no sign of any reservations during our stay. Breakfast was fairly basic but a small selection of everything you would want - our only complaint was that the staff were a bit slow in refilling the items.

Overall, a pleasant stay and the hotel wins on location.
