“Great location, OK room and service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2013

We stayed there for two nights on October 28 and 29, 2013. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The location is on a small side street a half block from the ocean. There are many restaurants and shops nearby as well as a park. The area seemed very safe and we were comfortable walking around in the evening after dark. I thought the place was rather cold and impersonal for a boutique hotel. On the second day we left too early for breakfast, but they said they would have something we could take with us. That never happened - they just seemed to forget about the request. The price was included in our package so I can't comment on the value.

Great large room in Miraflores right near the ocean! Very private and thus quiet. We had a wonderful balcony that looked out over the ocean. Great large king sized bed with wonderful covers. The bathroom was large and had great shower with abundant hot water. Breakfast was wonderful in an elegant atmosphere with classical music playing and linen on the tables. Staff was very outstanding--always helpful and handled all our needs. We will definitely go back here again. This was our fourth trip to Lima and the very best place to stay!

The hotel is an historic mansion beautifully converted into a boutique hotel. My room was clean, fittings and accessories of high standard, great hot abundant shower, everything comfortable and most importantly quiet and tranquil. Brilliant location on the beach of Miraflores near everything. The third wonderful thing about this hotel is the staff, especially a particular young lady in the kitchen who goes way beyond her duties to ensure your every need is attended to. Love staying here!

Room Tip: Rooms 1 2 and 3 are the quiestest

I have just checked out of this hotel. My confirmed rate through booking.com was $135 per night. The casa inca would not honour this price and charged me $159 per night. Be sure to get an email confirmation from this hotel confirming price. Left a sour taste after a nice stay.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013 via mobile

Only stayed one night prior to return to UK. Good location, though not really close to beach as there is no easy or short way down from the top of the cliffs! Rooms reasonably well appointed, ours on top floor had nice terrace, but very poor cold water pressure so beware the shower temperature! Good breakfast with nice service. While not really particularly important, arrival in particular is let down by reception being completely disinterested and verging on rude. Our room was a little late being ready on arrival and the reception we received was not welcoming to say the least - quite the worst we experienced across 7 hotels in Peru! But overall a good place to stay with plenty of history and character in a good location particularly if you want to avoid a big chain hotel.

Very good B&B. (an old mansion transforme in B&B)
Suberb breakfast (milk, coffe, ham, cheese, a lot of fruits, eggs, cereals, all you can eat).
Excellent location. (two blocks to Lacormar Mall, a lot of restaurants and shops around)
Cozy place.
Not so cheap, but worthwhile. (US$ 130 for two)
I stayed two times in Abril, 2013 with two friends. Our trip was for surfing in Peru´s wave.

Casa Inca is a sweet little hotel (16 rooms) on a great location in Miraflores. Service is personalized and the rooms are comfortable albeit slightly small. Elaborate breakfast with lots of tropical fruits. The hotel is very close to the coast and the LarcoMar mall with some low-key options for eating out.

Room Tip: Note that the patio rooms are quite light in the morning, If you are jetlagged, this may wake you up...
