“Fabulous hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2014

We stayed one night at Casa Andina at the end of our trip to Peru. After visiting Cusco and Machu Picchu, we were excited to have some down time. The boys loved the heated pool. The concierge guided us to 2 excellent restaurants during our stay, basing his selections on the makeup of our group and proximity to the hotel. This was a top notch hotel in a great location, the staff were wonderful, and we very much enjoyed our short stay!

We stayed in this hotel twice, two days before and one day after a trip to Machu Piccu. The location was good, a supermarket, post office and Incan tourist markets were all close by. The bar is good too, they will serve food to you there (great pizza) and the drink prices are reasonable. Free WiFi, free bottled water, great service from all staff and a great breakfast spread too.
On our return visit we were upgraded to a lovely suite with a huge king bed. Fabulous!

Room Tip: Room 605 is a suite - lovely!

We booked this through Hotels.com and really did not know what to expect. We have been quite comfortable here. I would recommend to the hotel they include free bottled water. They also mixed up our room with a friend's who was traveling with us and we got the short end of the stick as she got the room we upgraded to and we got hers. I wish she would have upgraded too...

Room Tip: go for the king room as the queen is too small for two people.

I stayed at this lovely little hotel in the heart of Miraflores for only one night - after a busy day of travel. The staff made every effort to be helpful and efficient, knowing my tight schedule - everything from bringing luggage to my room to an quick and quality dining experience. The only drawback, if you are a light sleeper, is the noise on the street below - although this is likely the case with any Lima Hotel!

Myself and my wife along with my parents and children stayed here for 5 days and then another 4 when we got back from machu picchu. It's a lovely hotel and would highly recommend it to anybody who wants to visit peru and lima. It's 5 mins walk from the main shopping high street and a short walk to the new shopping center which is on the sea front. Theirs loads of nice restaurants within a short distance. The staff are very helpful and will do anything they can to help you ! The breakfasts were fantastic and have a wide variety. The pool and gym was also very nice and lovely to relax in after a day walking around Miraflores. The rooms are very spacious and clean and tidy. I'd definitely ask for a room on a higher level as the city can be noisy at night. The only down side was that the evening meals were quite expensive as was the drinks in the main bar but other than that I would definitely go back ! ☆☆☆☆☆

Great location! Great room! Most comfortable beds , luxurious linens nice amenities! Delicious buffet breakfast! Great bar with Daniel at your service!

Due to early checkout time, you can store your suitcase in gym area if u need to get to your stuff. There is a shower as well. Nice gym equipment and pool area!

SKIP THE SALON SERVICES!! WORSE MASSAGE I EVER HAD very expensive for $80 US, i dont think ahe had formal training! My girlfriend got her hair cut - it wasn't great n they didn't charge her for it! She was happy with the highlights., though.
You can do better at businesses located near the hotel for haircuts, massages and manicures! !

This hotel is close to the best We have stayed at in our 4 weeks so far in South America. Great location, big spacious rooms, very quiet & exceptional service from ALL the staff. The gym is outstanding, free super fast internet, and a great self service snack bar next to reception. The business centre has several computers with a printer for personal use and, get this, next to reception is a small room with 2 Mounted IPads and a printer. One IPad has all the airlines bookmarked so you can do web check ins. Outstanding!!!
The staff were outstanding. They wouldn't let us touch our bags and didn't expect a tip. I needed a power plug adapter and the guy was waiting with it when I got back to my room. The lady supervising the snack bar was extremely friendly and helpful.
Well done to all. I LOVE this hotel.
