We stumbled into this place by accident during lunch time. It didn't look like much outside but the inside was renovated into European chic. They also offer free WiFi which was quite fast.
It was 18 soles (~USD$7) for a three course lunch with a starter, entree and dessert. The menu had about 15 different starters and maybe 10 different entrees. We were told to select two starters which was a nice way to try Peruvian fare like ceviche and causa but the server returned a few minutes later to inform us that those items were not available nor were our next three choices. I think they basically had 4-5 of the 15 items available. For the entrée, hubby chose the lomo saltado which was tasty but the beef was really chewy. I had the pasta with tomato, cheese and spinach. It was really good.
Dessert was the best part because we were told to pick out something from the display case. Everything looked good but the chocolate mousse cake was the best one of the two desserts we selected. I had the cheesecake which tasted like real farmers cheese and not cream cheese. It was ok, just not memorable.
Service was chaotic at best. I think the manager lady took our order but then handed off the service to another server who kept forgetting to bring us our requested drinks, extra utensils, the check and then forgot to return our credit card.
If you're in the area and need fast WiFi, it's probably worth trying but I wouldn't suggest going out of your way.
