We loved this hotel. The room we had was comfortable, bright, and spacious. The hotel has an excellent bar and a sitting room that I’m recreating at home…if I ever win the lottery! The breakfast buffet was excellent and the omelet chef was the best we had in Peru. One word of caution, I found this hotel very confusing and I seemed to get turned around easily. Thankfully, staff point you in the right direction if you appear lost.

My wife and I , in Feb. 2013, stayed one night, left our luggage the 2nd night while we visited Machu Picchu, and returned the 3rd night to complete our visit to Peru. We were very pleased throughout the 3 days.. Location was convenient, the hotel was charming and modern, our 3 meals were excellent and we were treated as old friends. Particularly pleasing was service provided from front door to restaurant to our room. we want to particularly commend those at the registration desk, particularly Ivan who was very helpful in getting our I-phone on to Wi-Fi . Also most helpful ws your female concierge ( whose name I do not remember other than it begins with "J' ). Your Bell Staff also provided friendly services. . We would certainly recommend your hotel and would plan to stay again if and when we return to Cusco.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised and delightfully impressed with the accomodations and the staff. I was treated warmly and made to feel welcome. There was a true concern about my acclimatazation. The breakfast buffet was quite good, the location was great and I was really glad to see that they were trying to keep the feel of an old colonial home in tact. My new friend Fredy the bartender was a great fellow to talk to and makes a very good pisco sour.

This hotel is really well placed in Cusco to allow easy access to tours and a walk to the city square. The staff at all levels were keen to provide very good service and did. The hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren but once you get a feel for the layout you get around ok. The hotel is a large old colonial house and the bars, dining rooms and lounges are quite grand. Our bedroom was comfortable with a small sitting room. We had dinner in the restaurant, it wasn't great but adequate. Breakfast was good particularly the omelette which the chef was very happy to prepare. The bar I thought was a bit expensive for basics such as a coke , agua con/sin gas and a beer. Overall this is a very pleasant hotel. We did not require oxygen assistance but it is available in the hotel. Happy to recommend this hotel for your stay.
