“unexpected stay”

Due to a train strike we had to stay in Cuzco for an extra night . The service was tops room was good and meals were excellent. A short walk away from the main square but still close to the centre. A lot to see and do in the area.

The Palacio de Inka was absolutely wonderful. We went for our honeymoon this month and had an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch (some of the best service i've ever had in my many travels). Everything was seamless from the beginning to end of our stay. We were upgraded to an unbelievable Suite upon arrival (I'm a Gold SPG member and they also knew it was our honeymoon). In the suite they had champagne, a heart shaped cake, and swan shaped towels and flowers waiting for us. Throughout our stay we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, a thermal spa treatment, and delicious room service. Everyone at the Palacio went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Roger and the concierge staff were such a pleasure to work with. When even the slightest thing went wrong, they were quick to fix it. I even had the kindest gentlemen sit with me and an oxygen tank when Cusco's altitude got the best of me. Overall, just a wonderful experience. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cusco that wants to feel special and appreciated. Loved this hotel!

I had walked by this hotel on previous trips to Cusco and always wished to stay there. It did not fail my expectations. Rooms were large and beautiful, staff was attentive and friendly and everything about our stay was wonderful. I can heartily recommend the hotel restaurant; both for the included breakfast and other meals. Cusco is a fascinating city and the Palacio is the place to stay. Only downside to this hotel is wifi is only available in the lobby areas.

This is a top notch hotel that captures the charm and history of Cuzco, the old Inca capital so well. Imagine listening to El Condor Pasa played on an Andean harp while enjoying a fine breakfast spread, sitting amidst stone columns overlooking a picturesque courtyard with beautiful flowers? And with impeccable service to boot. That was the welcome we received on our first morning in Cuzco at the hotel. Highly recommended. Our only complaint is that the room was too warm due to overheating.

Room Tip: A room overlooking the courtyard would be nice.

Not only is the Hotel beautiful but the service is simply extraordinary. The food is wonderful and very reasonably priced - it is a great spot to sightsee from and to come back to when you need a rest from the altitude.

This place is awesome! The place has great history, beauty, and magic. This place feels like you have gone back in time and you're in your own palace. The staff is great and really go above and beyond. The rooms are magical. The food is wonderful and the hotel is very accommodating with food changes. I was recovering from food poisoning, and asked for burnt toast, hot water with sliced ginger and at first they didn't understand, but once they did. They provided this and kept bringing it for me. They only charged me once and offered to bring a doctor to the hotel room if I needed it. Again, great service. Pricing was great too.

Very beautiful property with ancient and classic touch near very historical place, 5 minutes from Plaza de Armas. Inside the property was amazing, very beautifully designed and renovated. Inside the hotel was really beautiful and gave charming atmosphere of colonial age. All the painting in the wall were beautiful.
. The room was really comfortable, just different from all other hotels we stayed in Peru. The bedding, nice comfy pillow, the red color designed in living room and clean bathroom. All was just great. Happy to have experienced wonderful night at this hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive. There was no major problem, the breakfast was great and delicious in a very beautifully remodelled room.
This hotel is recommended by me to anyone who wants to have great stay in Cusco.

Room Tip: corner suites are larger
