This is truly a 5 star hotel. The palace was just grand. The dining room was fully appointed, from the delicious coffee to the coffee cup it was served in. Food was fresh and delicious , breakfast buffet to the evening meal.And my room was grand with a king size bed, white robe and slippers,absolute luxury. The staff were all very helpful from openning up an umbrella to go out on a drizzly day to the time you come back, and the coca tea served hot! I highly recommend to couples, business and family. Great Hotel, amazing staff, perfect location, a very unique stay at decent price. Lobby & hotel grounds are very unique as this was a Palace at one time, yet the hotel has created a cozy feeling throughout property. The rooms are a bit tight, but nice -bathrooms have decent pressure with an abundance of hot water. This is a clear four star hotel because they have done well with what they had to work with & it makes the guest feel that they are a part of something. Cusco city is all walkable & the hotel is located in the middle of everything. Very nice hotel. 2nd best in Cusco.

The building is one of the nicest we've stayed in during our trip through peru (~6 hotels).

The hotel staff is bilingual and very helpfull.

This in combination with the amazing location and the wonderfull breakfast makes it worth the high ratings.

We stayed here as part of a group tour. The hotel is actually a palace that they have been converting to usable facilities. Our stay was very comfortable but I found the beds very hard. The hot water in the shower was consistent which I found enjoyable. The only meals we had at the hotel were breakfasts which was a buffet. The choices were varied and enjoyable. Plenty of Coco tea available, in lobby and restaurant. Oxygen was available with only a request at the front desk. The staff was pleasant and very responsive. All in all a delightful stay.
