“Nice stay in Cusco”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Nice hotel in a great area of Cusco. We stayed here for 3 nights in a queen size bedroom on the second floor. We had a traditional balcony which was very cool. Our last night (we came back to Cusco after Machu Picchu) were we stayed in a suite on the first floor with a king size bed and AMAZING bath tub, that room was very nice as well. There is breakfast each morning in the main area, tea around the clock, and a great staff. I recommend this place in Cusco. It is only a few blocks off of the main square and overall was a good, clean, place to stay!

Room Tip: I have heard some of the rooms dont have windows-so be sure to ask if that worries you!

Me and my wife stay 15 days for your honey moon and was amazing, the coffe break, the people and the rooms everything was very good.
I highly recommend this hotel, because I like very much. The Plaza de armas is very close and has a lot of places to eat, to visit or just to be there

I was given a room with no window (room #2). Usually not a big deal for a short stay, but this this hotel has no air conditioning. It felt stuffy and hot throughout the night.I booked "Standard Room" on Expedia, and this was not mentioned anywhere on Expedia's site. I certainly would not have book this hotel if I know there is no window beforehand. Overall, it was not worthy for what we paid. So if you decide to stay at this hotel, confirm that there is a window in the room to avoid appointment.

Room Tip: Avoid room #2 or the "Standard Room" on Expedia

Got this place on booking.com. Got the top loft w/two twins (all that was available). We did hit our heads on the slanted ceiling, but got over it. My dad also got a first-floor room, which was spacious and well-decorated. Very walkable location and comfortable, clean beds. Front desk was very helpful in assisting w/a cab to the airport and helping talk to the Star Peru local office to rectify our ticketing issues and provided us great directions on how to get there.

This hotel has excellent location close to the main square. The staff was super helpful - all restaurant recommendations were on the spot and they even helped us plan a great private tour to Sacred Valley. The room was very comfortable and clean and the wifi worked perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lots of hot water. Folks at the front desk are very helpful. Location is near perfect--sits right between main square and San blas neighborhood. The hotel was great about holding our bags when we went to Aguascalientes. Breakfast is simple but we were fine with that . I would stay here again.

It can get quite noisy when people are walking up and down the wooden stairs. Also, lots of stairs and no lift. Remember that when you have your luggage to carry! Breakfast wasn't anything special. Laid out cold buffet that you help yourself to. Free wifi worked great. The rooms are unique (ours was in the roof so we had slanted ceilings and a separate sleeping room to living room on either side of the stairs. A man at the hotel did let himself into our room with a key (physical keys here, not card keys) and he did apologise and leave quickly. If the breakfast and security was improved this would have been 5 out 5. The receptionists we saw helped us buy tickets, find buses, and suggested local restaurants.
