“Fab burgers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2015

This place was pretty quiet when we went in for dinner but it didn't disappoint on the menu side. The burgers were delicious and the choice of local beers was refreshing and tastey. Great spot for a casual dinner and a few beers!!

“Not as great as everyone made it out to be”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2015

Walked by this place and saw that the menu was all-American. The kids were very excited and I was pleased that it had won a Trip Advisor award in 2013.

This is a super laid back place so service was slow and barely attentive. If you are looking for American grub in Cusco, you need to adjust your expectations. The buffalo wings were tiny and the sauce obviously was made with local ingredients. The burgers sounded great on the menu but the meat had a very different taste leaving many to ask if it was ground alpaca or, in fact, beef. Yes, we understand that beef in other countries tastes differently because they don't use all of the hormones like in the US, but this was way off. Other items were very greasy.

To sum it up, US menu items with US prices but only average food quality and less-than-average service.

“Full compensation!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 11, 2015

Definetly try the lamb burger, I expected the meat to have a gammie taste, but it was only juicy and perfectly cooked, check out their lunch deal, only 25 sol for about a 50 sol value.
We did have a small incident when the server spilt my beer by accident, I was pissed off thinking I was gonna get charge for the craft beer, but they didn't charge any drink or meal, they even offer to have my clothes dry clean, I declined the laundry service but greatly accepted the zero charge tab. So my advice will be to let them spill beer on you!

“YES!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2015

After 6 months away from home, you need something familiar. BBQ pork sandwich….Texas OR Carolina style? YUP. Burgers loaded with onion rings, BACON, and cheese that isn't queso andino? GIMME. Chicken wings? MINE. Coleslaw? Dill pickles? YOU BET. Fuego is my go to spot when I'm feeling homesick, hungry, or just don't feel like eating anymore freaking quinoa. This food is GOOD…I would seek this place out even on my home turf. The also have a few Peruvian craft beers available which can be difficult to find. Service is great, the have real ketchup, and their napkins aren't the sheets of toilet-paperesque nonsense offered elsewhere. Good wifi too!

“Peruvian Craft Beers, Free Wifi, Great Food and Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2015

We came here twice actually. We loved the Peruvian craft beers, they were awesome and hard to find in most the restaurants. Great IPA too, which after a few days of the typical Cusquena we were very excited for a good IPA!

Food is great, they have an extensive burger menu including Alpaca Burger too. Food was great! And for lunch they have a 25 soles deal, sandwich or burger, fries, coleslaw, and a soda.

Service is great, staff is all very friendly and fun to chit chat with.

If you can try to get one of the two tables that are on the balconies overlooking one of the main streets to the plaza, great people watching spot!
