“AMAZING!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2013

When we went to Bambu we were pleasantly surprised at the menu! They had a variety of Chifa and Asian dishes, not just sushi! We got a few dishes between us so that we could try different things and EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!! The chifa and curry thai was DELICIOUS!!! And if you go, you have to try the CEVICHE ROLL! The flavors were right on point and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. We finished this off with some tea and desert. What a great way to end the night after siteseeing. This beats any US sushi place I've been to!

“Great Sushi!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2013

I wen here with a coworker and some new friends and we got an excellent sushi roll and egg nooddles here.... A previous time i got one of the salads and it was delicious plus the portions are quite big! They dont have wifi but i think that is a good thing when you are with friends because it allows you not to be on your phone and actually have a great talk as we did with my group of friends.

“Uninspiring oriental food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013 via mobile

Our kids are sushi fans and they dragged us in off Procuradores when the restaurant we were going to was shut. The menu is a mix of oriental favourites and we obliged by ordering a selection.

Maki roll with salmon and avocado was good not that I saw much of it. Tom Yam soup was not great, lacking flavour and needing more fish sauce. Teriyaki chicken was OK. Pad Thai bore little resemblance to what you might expect, dripping in some sauce. All the chicken was in large lumps where it should be sliced thinly to cook quickly, basic mistakes.

Expensive and needs to raise it's game as plenty of competition in Cusco. For Sushi try LIMO instead.

“Great sushi, awesome prices !”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

Stumbled across this little gem after a big night out in Cuzco with three gringos. Food quality was exceptional and original. Service was quick and attentive. My advice would be not to order too much as the quantities are quite large. We had a half Greek chap with us who had to undo his shirt because he ate too much. Thumbs up !
