While wandering around in Cusco and looking for a place with food and WiFi we arrived downstairs at the Maikhana. The Lady (she seemed to be one of the owners) promised us WiFi and good food. So we entered. We asked a few times if WiFi is guaranteed (we wanted to safe some money by planning our further trip in a restaurant or cafè while eating with WiFi. so that we would not have to pay for an extra Internetcafé). She always said "Yes, we have WiFi. No problem" So we went to the buffet and started eating. After eating we wanted to use the WiFi. It didn't work. While we were asking after WiFi the other owner was only laughing at us and telling something like "yeah our WiFi doesn't work". We very angry and asked for a discount, because the WiFi was the reason for entering this restaurant. He only kept laughing and didn't answer at all. The food was not that bad but not worth the money and the stuff was that unfriendly in total that i wouldn't recommend it to others!
Fact is: Don't lie to your customers just to get customers!
