We ordered pizza to our hotel and this is by far the best pizza.
We ended up eating pizza the next day. There's a place just near Carlo called Inka... something, don't go there! Carlo is the best.
Go for a drink, order what you like, truly enjoy the taste and strike up a friendly conversation. Truly felt the american brick oven is no match for the taste these guys have to offer....

Cozy space with only a few tables but excellent service and great pizza that was freshly made. The owner was very friendly and attentive- I ordered a fresh papaya juice and it was so refreshing I ordered another one, and when he saw me finish the second glass he filled me up again for free ;) Try the Peruvian rocoto pepper on your pizza, was warned that it's super spicy but maybe I got a less spicy one since I didn't feel it.

OMG...Best pizza ever...Was very disappointed with pizza in Italy and was not expecting much from Peru. Totally surprised at how delicious the pizza at La Pizza Carlo was.
Small restaurant with about 4-5 tables. Seems family operated. Very friendly.Best recommendation from our Tour Director.
