“World's tallest Irish pub!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2012

Great place to relax and have an ale, and fun to get a picture with the sign stating you visited the Irish pub that sits at the highest elevation in the world. Typical pub atmosphere, which was just the little change of pace we needed for a moment. Definitely worth stopping in.

“A great pub to meet new people.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2012

Paddy's was extremely crowded when we went and I have a strong feeling it is always this crowded. We managed to cozy up at the bar and have a beer. Price was right on point for Cusco. The bartenders were efficient and pleasant. The food looked and smelled great but we did not have any. We were able to talk to several other fellow travelers while we were there and had a very nice time. Only thing I wish is that it were larger, we were bumped and jostled a lot due to the very high occupancy in such a small space.

“Thought we were back in Chicago!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2012

This was a little slice of a chicago Irish pub complete with a real "english speaking" Irishman behind the bar. The food was perfect for a light meal and extremely reasonably priced. In the 3 days we were there, we ate there twice, carrying out one of those times. Carry out was alot faster but dining in has the typical Peruvian wait time.

“Highest "Irish Owned" Pub on the Planet - Not to be Missed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2012

We visited Paddy's on our last full day in Cusco - had we ventured in earlier then we would have eaten lunch there every day!

It is very much a traditional Irish pub and you would not know you were in South America until you looked out the window onto Plaza De Armas.

The menu is limited but vairied - we had the steak sandwich with chips and huge bottles of Cusquena (local beer). Prices are excellent - ordering the same meal back home would cost four times more.

Portion sizes are large (as they appear to be in Peru) so we never managed the bread and butter pudding with custard.

Would recommend Paddy's to any visitor to Cusco.

“Great place to hang out”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2012

Great views, great beers and good food. Just a fun place to relax with a beer or two. For being right on the main square, I thought it might be overpriced, but it wasn't bad at all. Worth a visit.
