“Amazing Experience!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2013

We did the whole day trip, we got picked up at our hostel and drove to the sacred valley where Adriana greeted us. She specially selected horses for each rider according to their experience. The horses were all in great shape and very well taken care of.

The ride was AMAZING!! We went up to the mountains and looked at the salt mines, continued to this beautiful church where we had lunch. We were only 5 persons in the group so every one got really personal service. You feel more like you are riding with friends rather beeing a customer!

We did the the longer ride so when we were half way through the tour rest of the group got picked up and driven back to their hostels. This is when it got really amazing!
We are both really experienced riders so we got to be totally free and ride as we wished. Adriana and her assistant ( wish I would remeber her name ) where truely wonderful, they made the trip even better! When we got back from the mountains Paulo offerd us in for a coffee and made us feel at home :)

We would definatly recomend this company to anyone, both beginners and experienced riders!

Thank you Adriana and Paulo - See you again in 5 years !

“Unique scenery, horses and guide”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2013

We wanted to ride in the sacred valley on Peruvian pasos which have a very smooth trotting gait. We are experienced novice/intermediate riders so we wanted a little bit of a challenge and some excitement. Cusco For You met and exceeded our expectations. Adrianna, our guide and part owner of the ranch, is a very lovely lady, extremely knowledgeable on local history, plants and of course horses. We were picked up from our lovely Green House B&B and met our solid, well trained part Peruvian paso horses for a 5 hrs ride including a lovely packed lunch. We visited many of the wonderful historical sites on the plateau above the sacred valley. We were then returned to our B&B. Another day trip included an exciting journey up into the Pumahuanca valley up and down steep slopes and through rivers to an old settlement. A third outing was up the Urabamba river side over flat land riding some very expensive Pure bred Peruvian Pasos, which was a pure delight. Thank you very much for sharing your lovery well cared for horses with us.
We will be back!

“An experience to remember!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2012

I found this agency on Trip Advisor and I a so glad I did. They arranged for us to be picked up in Cusco then dropped off in Urubamba as we were changing hotels that day. I was travelling with my mom and neither of us had experience riding. Adriana and the other guides were so wonderful. They were great to chat with and Adriana really has an amazing vision for what she wants to do with her company. My horse Tornado was the best! We did the 5 hour ride which included a visit to the salt mines Salineras, Moray and a little village where we had lunch. Everything was perfect! It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Peru!

“Excellent tour, would recommend”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2012

My girlfriend and I went on the Salineras-Marras-Moray ride, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide, Adriana was helpful and knowledgable. She obviously has a great amount of care and respect for her horses. Lunch was provided on this trip and consisted of a salad grown in Adriana's farm and sandwiches, all of which was very good.

The sites were interesting also - In particular the Salineras salt mines, which are much more impressive than what I had anticipated.

Would strongly recommend this tour.

“Lovely guide, beautiful well cared for horses, stunning scenery!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012

I went on the Pumahuanca valley ride with my friend and our guide Adriana was wonderful. She has lots of passion for her horses and they are well fed and looked after, unlike a lot of the horses in the area. The scenery was gorgeous and we visited the most amazing moss covered ruins, definitely off the well trodden tourist path. My favourite part was the interesting native vegetation however, and Adriana was keen to share her knowledge and passion for these plants and the mountains. The horses were very sure footed and the ride itself quite exciting. We had an amazing experience. If you are considering going horse riding in the sacred valley, go with Adriana!
