This is a fantasic place to stat in Cusco, it's very new, extremely clean, friendly staff (some speak english also) and very reasonably priced. It's in a very cental location too, on 7 mins walk to the main square.
The hotel has cable TV, Internet, a restaurant, a laundry service and breakfast is included. It was much better than many of the similar priced hotels we saw. the only negative point was the shower which was adequate but a little slow to heat up and didn't have much water pressure but this was a small point.
We booked the hotel on the recommendation of Katherine Valle Castaneda who is a tour operator from Apacheta Tours (www.apachetacusco.com) and we were so happy we took her advice. We met her randomly at the airport when we looking for directions and she was incredibly helpful. We had planned to stay elsewhere but we had heard mixed reviews about the place we planned to stay and when she showed us pictures of the hotel it looked much nicer than the one we planned on and the price was much better (particularly because she got us a discount for booking with her).
The hotel seems to have some affilation or deal with the tour operator but Katherine was unbiased and was willing to help us regardless of where we stayed.
Apart from the hotel Katherine helped us with many other things but in a really friendly and non-intrusive way. We did not want to use tour operators and wanted to do everything on our own and away from the masses of tourists so the last thing we wanted was a tour operator to do everything for us. But Katherine seemed to understand this and helped with anything we wanted such as the trip up to Macchu Piccu and hiring a 4x4 for a few days but was never intrusive or overbearing as some tour operators can be. Also we checked everything she booked for us and compared prices to the internet and other tour operators, she got us the cheapest price every time. By the way driving in Peru is a bit mad and dangerous... thick twice before doing it.
Anyway overall the hotel is fantasic and the fact that they work with people like Katherine to do everything they can to help makes it even better. If you go to Cusco I strongly recommend staying here and if you want to do any activities or need any help contact Katherine, her peru mobile number is [--].
