Turi sits on top of a hill looking over Cuenca. You can see all of Cuenca from the lookout point. Night or day, it's a great place to stop and relax and have a coke or ice cream. It's normally pretty chilly unless it's sunny, so take a jacket. Don't forget your camera, the view, night or day is spectacular. Most people hang out at the primary viewing point in front of the church. However, walk 200ft passed the church and you'll find a set of stairs that goes to another lookout point at a much higher elevation. There's a small store at the top and a couple benches to relax (and rest) before your trip down. Kids will love the small tire zip line at the top as well. Don't worry, it doesnt' go down the mountain!
