“Traveler's Paradise.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

If you've been traveling around South America for any time at all, or live in Quito, this place was made for you! While any beer would easly beat out Pilsener, the beer brewed here in house, isn't just better than Quito's wateringhole offerings, it's some of the best beer I've had (even after living in the US's Pacific NW)! If you're into light beers, they have an amazing Cezanne beer and like the other reviews say, the porters alone are enough to extend your stay in Quito for.

As a traveler, this was an awesome place to meet other travelers, expats and locals, especially when you're staying in the Old Town (as it's one of the only places open past 6pm).

The team that runs the brewery is super friendly and you'll feel like you're at home again...except your home now has delicious beer on tap and it's served to you...

“A beer Oasis!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2013

Bandido Brewery has a great selection of beers inspired from the Mecca of micro-breweries, The Pacific Northwest. The owners of this brewery are great. They are very friendly and a blast to hang out with. The customers that they draw in are equally as awesome so the atmosphere is usually fun and friendly. The owners are always striving to improve their beer selection and offer new food options to best serve their patrons. A must-stop brewery in Quito if you have any appreciation for beer or just want a great place to hang out.

“Great Beer. Great Place.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

After being pretty disappointed by the beer selection in Ecuador (mostly watery pilsners), I was happy to find this place - they had a variety of tasty beers to try - Lagers, IPAs, and even a Chocolate Porter. The guys who run the place are great too, and seem committed to just making really good beers. I'm really glad I found this place - if you like good beer, this place is a must!

“Best Craft Beer in Quito”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2013

I've been living in Ecuador for a month now and slowly dying of Pilsener. Finding Bandido Brewing was a lifesaver - not only the best craft beer I've had in Ecuador, but some of the best beer I've ever had. Try the chocolate porter! Location has an incredible interior as well; make sure to ask for a tour of the microbrewery in the back
