As a first time visitor to Ecuator who speaks little to no spanish, this was a great place to stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff generally all speak english and are eager to please. The food is expensive for Ecuator standards, but generally quite good. It's a great location for exploring the old city, though difficult to access by car if you are intending on travelling to and from the airport.
If visiting Quito again I would not hesitate to stay here.
