While the panorama over colonial Quito was excellent the food was not. The pizza appeared to be on a bad frozen crust, like a generic grocery store pizza with more cheese. The lamb was only OK. It was overcooked and chewy with no lamb flavor to the point where I suspect it may have been roast beef.
For the price and with the ambiance I expected far better quality and the service was average at best.
Perhaps go for a view, a drink and some locro, but don't expect to get a good meal here.
