“Great ambience - no one should miss this part of Santiago”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2012

I can't believe that the last Tripadvisor review for this place was 2008! It was still going strong in January this year. I had been lucky enough to chance upon a blog about the entire Yungay area and with a little difficulty, managed to find this restaurant. It is certainly worth making the effort for the ambience alone - lots of old fashioned furniture and posters - and the food was also good - unfortunately I can not now remember too many details except that I enjoyed it! Definitely worth dedicating some time to this restaurant and the whole area.

“Amazing seafood tabla!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2012

The best seafood dinner we have had in Santiago thus far. Good happy hour drink prices. Mostly pisco/sour type happy hour drinks. Whiskey sour was great. Ordered the mediterranean tabla "sampler". It was 13,000 pesos and worth it. Gastronomic sex. Ambiance is antique yet clean and classy. Downstairs seating more intimate and upstairs has a smoking section in addition to a few private rooms available with reservations. Connected is an old barber shop. Worth visiting!!!

“dining in a museum”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2012

The few times you can eat out in a museum are rare. This hairy museum hosts a very nice restaurant with friendly people and good food. Try the mediaterian platters (table) at the beginning. The Atun was delicious and the wine up to standard. And if you get bored, just look around and enjoy yourself.
