Casa Moro is possibly one of the most adorable B&B's we've ever stayed in. During our travels, we've stayed in some lovely places, but non have compared to Casa Moro in terms of charm. Walter and Marcello really made us feel at home. The service was not only excellent, but personal too. After discussing with us a little about ourselves and interests, Walter recommended some places to visit that were off the tourist trail which we really enjoyed, including a local cheap and cheerful restaurant that was a great example of traditional Chilean cooking.
The B&B itself is colourful and homely. Our room opened up on to a first floor courtyard that's really very picturesque.
Every Sunday night, there is an option to eat in. Although not cheap ( by our budget standards!) the dinner included nice wine and grapefruit pisco cocktails, nibbles, starters, mains and deserts. The food was great and the experience very sociable.
Finally, I can't review Casa Moro without mentioning the extended family - the three friendliest natured rescue dogs and many cats.
As we are budgeting for a year of travel, Casa Moro was a real treat for us, but well worth every penny. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely B&B to anybody that asked.
