We loved our stay at this Hilton. The front desk was extremely helpful (especially Fellippe). We were unable to exchange cash at the airport and he was able to order us a roundtrip cab to the city and back and charge it to our room. They work with a specific cab company that charges $25 for ride downtown (they can also arrange a return cab ride from that company so there is no worries of a cab scam). They offer free transfers from the airport. The downtown is not the greatest, so we were glad to be away from it. Most tour companies had no problem picking us up from there (except the city tours, which charged us more). The hotel has business room to print flight tickets, a pool, hot tub, sauna, and nice workout room. The rooms were big, and had all the standard amenities a Hilton would have in the room (safe, adjustable bed, hairdryer, iron, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee pot and refrig). There is a gas station about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel offers snacks, room service and has a restaurant. The restaurant even let us bring in our own bottle of wine from a wine tour to have with dinner (didn't even charge a corkage fee!). Breakfast was a buffet of hot, cold, and made to order foods. We loved our stay there and would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Santiago
