“Best Saturday Brunch in Town!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2013

We are big weekend brunch fans and were delighted to discover Quinoa serves it - only on Saturdays unfortunately! Amazing fresh farm eggs, delicious homemade breads with honey and jam, really creamy yogurt with fruit and meusli, and even some palta for the true Chileans. Ah, and a great variety of fresh made juices and coffee to complete the meal. The waitresses are also some of the nicest in the city - perhaps because they are young girls as opposed to stuffy old men??

“very tasty, great juice, good atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2013

the positive:
there is a nice light inside, it's an inviting place.
even at an early hour (by Chilean lunchtime standards), there is a waiting area, and tables are reserved for the busy hours.
the menu is clear and too the point, and in spite of it being a one page affair, you do feel like ordering everything.
Fortunately, the food was up to the expectation.
juice was very good (pricey, but good!)
very savory preparations on all fronts.

negatives: not many,
very subjectively, I found most of the staff were on the ball, quick (we needed an invoice and that was done in a flash), but there were one or two who were a little lost ( the nearly confrontative "do you have a reservation?" as you come in was one. )

aside from that, very recommendable!

“best veggie restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2013

The food here is fresh and vibrant. Of course there is a lot of quinoa on the menu. The juice is a perfect place to start. The bread is served in a simple little muslin bag accompanied by wonderful salsa. Lots of great salads and sandwiches to choose from. I had an incredibly smooth and flavorful soup of carrots and pumpkin. Then a salad of arugula, mixed quinoa tomatoes and avocado. (avocado is extra yummy in Chile) For an added bonus, is there is a small shoe shop selling Camper and Birkenstock sandals, more hip, than crunchy granola.

“Cosy, vegeterian, good service, creative”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2013

Quality of ingredients make this place a superior eating for vegetarians. all is about ingredients in their simpleness. Quinoa is tasty, lettuce crunches and combinations are really surprising (and they manage to keep it simple). You hae to make reservatiosn, and sometimes it is way too full of people. Breakfast is as good as lunch....closed on sundays.
