We joined Felipe for the 4 hour city tour of Santiago and had a fantastic time (the tour actually didn't go for four hours, more like 3.5 including the break). First of all the group harmonized really well. With about seven people who'd joined the tour it was really personal and even though Felipe doesn't have a very loud voice he was easy enough to understand. His knowledge of the city and it's history is remarkable and his way of getting information across is very entertaining and great fun to listen to. Walking speed was fine with us but people not used to walking heaps might have difficulties. Had a 30-40 min break at a restaurant for drinks which was great to get to know the rest of the group better. All together an excellent tour which I highly recommend to fellow travellers. Only "negative" if you could call it that was being reminded of a suggested donation for the tour several times of $5000-$10000 / Person. The donation was fine with us but I would have thought people donated anway without being reminded, but maybe that's a wrong assumption on my part ;).
