“Nice and charming place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2013

We spent our honeymoon weekend there and no regrets! Simply great. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. If you look for a familiar and quite place to stay that´s the right choice. Great value for money, much more than a traditional B&B!

Room Tip: Rooms 4 and 5 are connected via a door, more suitable for a family. But not a real inconvenience. Al...

Bruno's is a wonderful B&B!

The rooms are beautifully decorated, with lots of room for your own belongings. The rooms are clean and quiet - and best of all, have a unique and beautiful view.

Michele is a very friendly and helpful host. She is available for any questions as well.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. They even have an apricot tree - if you're lucky, Michele may pick a few for you! The location is perfect. The house is on a quiet street, yet within a very very short walk (across the street) from the hillside of Cerro San Cristobal.

I would highly recommend staying at this B&B and very much look forward to returning shortly.

We booked to stay at Brunos twice for stopovers in Santiago on our honeymoon. The first time we stayed it was lovely, convenient, clean, stylish, just what we wanted. The only minor problem that time was that Michele was difficult to get hold of.

The second time we arrived for our stay a week later we were told on arrival by Michele that she had double booked our room and we couldn't stay there. Instead she claimed ALL the hotels in Santiago were completely fully booked and took us to an apartment she had found online. It wasn't however until she dropped us off that she told us what type of apartment it was.

The apartment was lived in by someone we didn't know, we had no idea how secure it was, who else had access, why they were renting it out or who might be able to enter at any time of day or night. To make things worse the apartment was dirty, no TV working, no air con, very hot and stuffy. I didn't sleep at all and to make it worse had several power cuts and the security alarm going off until 2am. Not at all how I had planned to spend the last night of my honeymoon!

If you're able to stay at Brunos thats great but beware, I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same experience caused by this poor service.

This B&B, located in the Providencia Neighborhood of Santiago, is clearly worth to stay there. The Manager, Michele, was so friendly that we were just feeling at Home. Our Room was very, very clean and comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom that was looking like if it was builded newly one day ago. Breakfast was alos very good, if you're asking some of the very friendly housemaids, you will get very delicious scrambled eggs, try them :-).

We spent 6 days in the B&B, and were really pleased with the experience. The rooms are really well furnished and complete, the service was excellent, the wi-fi worked great and the breakfasts were delicious. It has great access to the major city highways, is walking distance from public transportation, very close to Providencia (mid-town) and yet it is in a very quiet neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay in Brunos which is an immaculate and very clean B&B in Providencia, Santiago. The cleaning/breakfast lady is just fantastic and also organised our laundry for us (sorry I can't remember her name). The pool is lovely but freezing, which is a refreshing change from the hot weather.

However, the management were not always available especially when we needed them, and we didn't find them as friendly as we had hoped. We left with a strange feeling about the place, as it is lovely but something about the place just didn't seem right. Do stay there, but expect to be Independencia in Providencia.
