Blown away - 6 star service at a wonderful refurbed property.

Reception staff, amazingly attentive, nothing is a problem and they make sure you have everything you need. Best I have met.

Only problem is I had only one night would have loved to have stayed a week. I will be back next year, can't wait!

We read many reviews on trip advisor and are so glad we made the choice to stay in this very special hotel. Or room, the San cristobel suite was vast, tastefully decorated...and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Mark and his small friendly team have a great hotel here, where the service is excellent. Larissa, Carolina and Diego in reception gave great tips for restaurants and bars to visit and could not have been more helpful. We had read about Rachel who serves breakfast (excellent) and now we know what everyone is talking about. She is a breath of fresh air with an infectious laugh and wonderful spirit. The hotel has a really cool bar, very comfortable...and is adorned with fresh flowers and candles. Good wine list and tapas available. We can highly recommend this charming boutique hotel. It is located in the most interesting area of Santiago and is an easy walk to cafes, parks, galleries... After taking a sightseeing tour around the city, our choice of location was even clearer.

We spend 4 days in this hotel earlier this year. Unfortunately it was at the same time that water was cut off to most of down town so we were very limited in what we could eat. The rooms are OK although it does appear they are dating a little- at least those not within the old building, and can be a tad noisy.

Breakfast was disappointing with only one staff member on at the time trying to cope with many guests and unable to keep up - we got up and walked out hoping to find something in the area. When we raised this with management they assured us it would not happen again - and it didn't.

All in all a top hotel that would improve in a great location.

Room Tip: Try to stay in the main rooms of the old building - much more charm.

Rachel makes the most amazing breakfasts! She is the one person I will remember from this trip. We looked forward to seeing her every morning at breakfast. Her sparkling personality makes this hotel a worthwhile place to stay!!

This was an amazing hotel in a great location. Its location in the Bellavista neighborhood was prime for eating and drinking. The only downfall was on a weekend night, you could hear the party going strong until the wee hours of the morning. Other than that one time, it was divine. The rooms are great, well decorated and the overall property is beautiful.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and more than willing to help set up activities for us. Their recommendations were spot on and much appreciated. The bar staff was real nice and the breakfast was delicious.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

This place was awesome! It's in a great location close to some of the best restaurants and the metro. The staff was very helpful with recommendations, setting up transportation, and basically anything else we needed. Thank you so much to Carolina, Diego, and the rest of the staff at The Aubrey! We will definately be staying here the next time we're in Santiago!

This is a wonderful choice in a great area. It has stunning rooms, friendly staff and lots of places inside and out just to be by yourself if tHat's what you want.

It is close to the zoo and the funicular, and very close to great restaurants and bars.

The interior and exterior decor is extraordinary and the vibe laid back. The views are exceptional. We especially love the big white fluffy dog checking out the world from the balcony of the house opposite our "gin terrace".

What a wise selection in a vibrant, cultured city. We are so glad we extended our stay to two nights before our return home and could relax in these superb surroundings.

We were too tired on our first night to venture out, so we ate at the bar some of the best tapas outside Spain. The breakfast was equally classy.
