Where to start? Probably the best cuisine in Santiago. Yes, it might be a bit on the expensive side, but it's worth it. If you enjoy food with some personality, then you can't go wrong with this restaurant. It can go from nuanced to racy in a hearbeat. Would love to try every dish, and probably have at some point or the other. The desserts are on a league of their own. Brilliant service and perhaps the best wine list of the country- if the food is expensive, the wines certainly are not.
