“Excellent location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

A good 4 / 5* hotel with spacious suites and with full kitchen. Hotel is centrally located in Las Condes near several restaurants (at Isidora Goyenechea) and within 5 / 10 min walk to the new Costanera Mall. Free parking and Wifi. Breakfast on the 17th floor has a stunning view over Las Condes as well as over to the Andes. Service of staff is very good.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in late March. Hotel was good - rooms, breakfast, amenities, etc. What stands apart is the service.

They helped us get soccer tickets to a World Cup qualifier, let us check out late when I was really ill so we wouldn't have to suffer before going to the airport.

If you like great service - this is the place for you. You won't be disappointed!

I stayed for 11 nights at a bigger suite and paid $190/night. Breakfast (included) is a free buffet, with a variety of 6-8 kind of peeled fruit, including local, dairy, pastry, 3 types of scrambled eggs, variety of bread and rolls, sausages and bacon. The dining room is located on the 17 floor, and overlooking the Andes. Very nice. The only problem was getting a coffee, the waiter makes a round every 15 minutes, and pour the coffee into tiny cups. If you're a coffee lover like myself, stack up 2-3 cups and have the waiter fill them up. Another trap to avoid... At the exit, you need to sign your name on a sheet. There is a special head waiter that leaves previous sheet with a tip of 1000 pesos ($2.5), and removes all sheets without tip. You tend to automatically copy cat, and leave the tip. Don't. Leave the tip if you enjoyed it
The gym is outdated, but ok, and has enough gear. The concierge is helpful, but offers trips that are no good, I tried. Use trip advisor. Hotel shuttle cost twice than a regular cab. I know as I used cabs every day. The hotel room service has great food, though a little expensive. I used it 5 times, when returning late from work

Stayed here for a total of 7 nights over two stays (5 nights + 2 nights later) and found it to be a very comfortable hotel. Rooms were large, comfortable and well-equipped, generally quiet and very clean. Breakfast was excellent (for our tastes), with a really good choice all regularly replenished so everything was very fresh, and the staff friendly. Views from the restaurant were great on a clear day, although most mornings hampered by Santiago's persistent smog. Very convenient for restaurants and shopping, easy walking distance to the metro station and a stop for the hop-on hop-on tourist bus just a street away if you want to take the tour. Only criticism is of the patchy wifi coverage, but it was free so we couldn't complain too much - although this is meant to be a business hotel... - and the hotel taxi service was quite expensive: take a regular taxi instead (although can recommend the service for airport pick up and drop off).

I am a frequent traveler, and I have to go to Santiago very frequently for business.
I have found that this hotel is an excellent choice: rooms are very comfortable and quiet, beds are excellent, service is very good, food is also outstanding, there is a good gym.
At least for me the location is very convenient, with many options for dinner nearby.
On the negative side the WiFi connection could be better, and prices are a little too high in the high season, but altogether and strongly recommend this hotel for everyone, especially business travelers.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. Service was really good and staff were helpful with making bookings. Room is a good size, plenty of space. Impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel too. The area is also close to the metro and it feels safe. A must for the mid range budget!

I had read that this hotel was categorized as 'luxurious'. Its not. Its an average tourist / business plus hotel: rooms are small and equipped with bare minimums. Free very good quality wi-fi internet is definitely a plus.

Breakfast is bland. It is served on the 17th floor and has--weather permitting--a beautiful view of the area. Business center was good although pcs carry Windows XP, which pretty much summarizes the hotel: good when it was out, has potential but needs an upgrade.

dear Guest

We really thank you for your comments , we would appreciate if you can contact us directly in order to find out in which kind of room you stayed, because of other of our outstandings include the size of our Suites besides our location.

Our guests give us the clasification, neither Tripadvisor nor our hotel.

Sincerely yours
