“Get it while it's HOT”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013

What a beautiful little piece of heaven this is. Architecturally designed, these pools of hot water are nestled on both sides of a red walk way to blend in nicely with the natural landscape. There are plenty of pools to chose from - maybe 18, each with plenty of lockers, changing rooms and bathrooms nearby. You are given a towel and a lock. The water temp. varies from pool to pool from about 35C to about 40. At the very top of the walkway is a beautiful waterfall that looks like it's out of a picture book. The roofs are lushly planted to blend in with the mountain side - it's very rainforest in feel. Everything was clean - there were a number of people there - but with the amount of pools, it's very possible you can find a place to be alone. This is not a cheap tour- we paid $35K with Aquaventuras - It tooks us about 2.5 hours to get there. In my opinion this is a pretty hefty price for three hours of actual 'pool' time. Also be aware that you CAN bring your own food but you're not allowed to eat it inside the pool area - there is however a little restaurant that does serve food. Highly recommend a visit here - for the beauty and for the pools. Would also recommend bringing a pair of flip flops to easily walk from pool to pool.

“Paradise aided by architecture!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 27, 2013

I am a hot spring addict and have visited "hot pots" all over the world. My preference is natural springs without facilities and few visitors, but these are the most visually appealing and relaxing developed springs I have ever seen! The architect's plan was obviously to blend in with the surrounding canyon and still provide comfortable, unobtrusive slate pools, changing rooms and bathrooms for each pool. All this and a well placed cafeteria near the entrance. We went on a Sunday morning and had the place to ourselves for the first hour. Highly recommended!

“Go here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

You will love the atmosphere here and the lush vegetative setting in a canyon. Red walkways guide you gently past the pools of water identified with small signs indicating the varying temperatures. Very clean with changing rooms, lockers and bathrooms conveniently located along the way - I think there are 17 different pool locations and most are hidden from each other by the vegetation. Highly recommend for a fun relaxing day.

“way better than the other hot springs”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013

These hotsprings, though expensive, were wonderful. Not only is the layout beautiful, but the crowd that this play draws is less children and more adults, which was a plus for me. There are lockers reserved for all guests, nice restrooms on site, and a very nice lodge that sells tasty food. I'd recommend this place over any of the other hot springs in Pucon.

“Yeah it's as awesome as everybody says”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2013

Awesome! Great way to spend the day or night, especially if its not a hot summer's day (then its a waste!).

Beautifully constructed walkways, over boiling hot canals, that are then tempered manually to regulate the temperature in each pool. So you can sit in 36 or 37 degrees, or 41, whatever you want. some big, some small but all ensconced in beauty with dripping ferns right next to you or the spectacular chilean rhubarb leaves. People with their noisy kids splashing and going crazy were irritating. This place is far to zen for that!

Good facilities, locker set-up and food for sale. They also provide towels.

total highlight, however, not cheap!!
