“Nice promenade to stroll along the Marina Bay, take photos of the famous Merlion”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2012

Singapore is usually sunny mixed an afternoon rain storm. Pleasant stroll along the promenade and you can grab a lunch or dinner facing the gorgeous Marina Bay and watch the Sands light show. The Merlion is definitely a highlight and fun to hang around with plenty of photo ops

“Very Cool - Impressive Views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2012

I enjoyed visiting this, it is a Singapore must just for the photo opportunities. The Merlion Statue is cool but the overall park and area provides impressive view points of the city and the Marina Bay area.

If you are visiting Singapore for the first time, this should be in your top 5 things to do alongside the Flyer, Marina Bay Sands Sky Park or Sky Bar and a few others.

Lots of restaurants around also!

“Good place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2012

It's a good place to sit, grab a hotdog and enjoy Singapore view. You can see the Esplanade, Marina Bay Sands, the Floating Stadium and the Double Helix bridge from this park. It also has a row of restaurants and cafes.

“Cool looking statue!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2012

The Merlion is the symbol of Singapore so its a must visit while in Singapore. It's free, and it's current (new) position has a great view of Marina Bay Sands across the bay. I went as a storm was rolling in so there weren't a lot of tourists - but it's worth the walk.
