I stayed at Bliss Hotel in October 2013 during 4 days with my 4 years old son. First of all the staff is very gentil and helpfull. The location of the hotel is very convenient, you reach the metro (China Town station) just by crossing the street. Rooms are very tidy. They don't serve breakfast at the hotel but you may find many cafes around. Some of the rooms don't have window so do not forget to indicate that you want a room with a window if daylight is really important for you!
