“Great Service and Impeccable Room”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2013

Stayed here for a night only just to "escape" from the hectic work - home lifestyle.
Booked for the deluxe room but then upgraded by the front office lady upon check in, to the corporate suite which was VERY large, spacious, amazing, breath-taking, cozy warm, and all the good thing you could think of.

There is the living room with leather designer sofa, the kitchenette completed with coffee/tea machine, magazine, TV, music and Singapore city view experience that are all separated ONLY by the remote-blind curtain from the main king bedded room.
Goose feathered pillows that felt sooo nice on your head (you could also request for other type of pillow shall you wish so).. and MOST of all (since this is the most favorite part of a hotel for me) was the spacious bathroom.
I felt in love with the bathtub space.. I could switch on the mood lighting when I soaked myself in the warm bubbly and scented bath, and saw the mood light turned relaxing blue and reflected even on the marbled floor.
The wide mirror and the luxury bath amenities with relaxing scent of Molton Brown.. Just a wonderful experience to spending part of the hour there.

Besides the room, the swimming pool is a nice experience too. Infinity swimming pool, though a bit too small to "satisfy" my eyes, but the lounge beach bed is unlike the rest of the hotels we stayed in before.
The breakfast was OK. Small spread of buffet, but they would be happy to give / cook for you what you want shall you request them.
I saw more ladies servicing in this hotel (at the front office, the cleaning service, etc).. don't know why.

So, overall stay was great being in this impeccable corporate suite.

Room Tip: Corporate Suite will give you a wonderful experience you deserve :)

We went to this place twice. Located next door to Raffles Hotel.
Big room, nice bathroom, nice tv lounge, kitchen with microwave! and nespreso ofcourse.
And when their restaurant is closed you can walk next door to Chinese restaurant and have it warm up for some un-expected hunger at midnight.
Go to the top pool and help yourself relaxing with Singaporean light and small infinity pool.

Enough option for breakfast, but the menu more less always the same.
Good service! But, last time we went to Singapore, it was closed? Hope its only renovation.

Perfectly situated to walk to shops, restaurants and transport, this is a great hotel for travellers. It was great to be able to store our luggage after check-in. The gym is small but really well equipped and split over three levels. The view from the roof-top pool is beautiful.

The hotel was a little hard to find, but i said to the taxi driver that it was near raffles, and he found his way. The staff were ok, but we didn't find them to be particularly welcoming or helpful. We noticed that other people seemed to get better service, so that was a little off-putting. The rooms are huge, but we were unhappy that we had been placed on the 'ladies only' floor ... I know they said that they do that with couples, but it didn't impress us greatly. My husband felt a little funny ducking in and out by himself. the roof-top pool is really small ... In fact, so small that we didn't try it out ... there always seemed to be older couples making use of it. The breakfast buffet was disappointing ... it would be better to focus on quality rather than quantity. The scrambled eggs and muffins were good though. The fitout of the hotel and the rooms was a little too over-the-top feminine for our tastes ... there was a lot of pink and a lot of crystals ... but it may work for other's tastes. Room service was over-priced and not value for money ... and then our trays stayed outside our room until well into the next day (not the best when you've got uneaten cheese sitting around). the dvd selection available was really limited ... but it's good that the tv swivels from the living area to the bedroom. The air-con was loud, and was a bit disruptive at night.

Room Tip: Shopping Tip: be sure to check out the bras basah complex, which is just a block or so away ... ther...

This is an arty luxury boutique hotel and is unlike most of the more soulless hotels found in Singapore. It has a nice swimming pool area with a nice view of the city. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located very centrally in the Raffles Place area and is a 5 min walk to the nearest MRT station.

Room Tip: Choose a room on a higher floor.

A luxury boutique hotel imo conveniently located at Raffles City area.

The front desk and service staff was personable and friendly. Room was very lux and huge. Love the design too.

everything was great for this hotel but its growing old.
The suite rooms are stylish and good in space, but the hotel is now turning down to the old days.
The staff were great and very kind to help you on your needs,
The location depends on which part of S'pore you want to stay, as it's a very small county.
The Breakfast was nothing, really nothing. Go out and you'll find yummy street foods.
The roof top pool has great views but small, they'll shut down for special events without any notice, that means the management doesnt care for the customers who are paying 300US$ for a night .
Out of all, the Hotel is getting old and need a main renovation.

Cosy boutique hotel in heart of busy Singapore. Good location. Rooms are spacious, modern design and well furnished catering for business and holiday travellers. Roof top pool and bar. Great customer service.

Room Tip: go for Business Suite / Rooms .... worth the upgrade!
