“Great location”

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the grand pacific for two nights. We arrived at 6.30 in the morning and our room was ready for us with no extra charge for the day use. We found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is great situated between two different train stations which made it really easy to get around singapore. 7/11 next door was really helpful too. The room was good and clean however an upgrade to the bathroom was needed.

This program encourages our staff to work hard to serve our guests, and to do so with sincerity from our hearts. We have had good comments and feedback on the progressive success of this program; and we can only continue to improve when our hotel guests, such as yourself, share their valuable feedback with us.
The MRT and bus stations that are near our hotel do help to make travel around our small island more pleasurable, and they can bring you to lots of places for good food and entertainment. Bugis Junction, with great shopping and eating outlets, is now connected to Bugis Plus, yet another wonderful shopping center that houses a popular hamburger outlet, and all this is just one block away from our hotel.
For your next visit, please do try out our Premier Rooms. The Premier Room rate is only a small premium above our other room categories, and in return, you can enjoy quality rooms on a high floor, with improved amenities.

Would not stay here for business. Not very modern, no wifi in rooms (there is wired internet), no iron or ironing board, bathroom very shabby, peeling paint, plaster lumps dotted about - stayed with work and had a client with us, I was very embarrassed by the hotel. Our client complained that the cleaning staff ignored her request to come back later and continually banged and shouted throuh her door till she left the room and sat in the lobby.
Very noisy air con / fans on the landings going all night and my room was at least 20m away down a corridor.
Breakfast was nice and some staff were friendly.
When next in Singapore we will be looking for an alternative hotel.

The rooms were terrible the pool stank and very run down rooms and in the hallways. On the outside beautiful top class hotel and in the foyer (front desk) top of the line, but in the inside of the rooms and hallways terrible. One staff member in particular was very helpful but had a tiny we attitude and the staff were miserable.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Greetings from Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore! Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our hotel. The swimming pool photos in this website were taken by our hotel guests - photos number 11,33,36,40 and it shows that we have a regular shaped swimming pool decorated with plants and flowers. Most of our guests enjoy the greenery and cool breeze that our pool offers so I am sorry to hear that our pool was not in the same pleasant state when you arrived there. Please accept our apologies and we have conducted a check but have not found any issue not foul smell at our pool.

Our Premier Rooms and hotel public areas were renovated in 2011, and we have plans to improve on all our rooms even more in the near future. For your next visit, do try out our Premier Rooms category, I am sure it will help to positively change your opinion about our rooms.

This hotel is centrally located and can be reached there from anywhere. However, it has small lobby and there is no wifi in the room. It makes its guests to come down to lobby for wifi which is not good at all for the guests coming from abroad.

The hotel Grand Pacific in Singapore was better than I expected. I was trying to stay under $150 per night and I booked late, so missed out on some of the deals offered by the bigger 5 star hotels (note to self, in Singapore, book early to get the good deals). So I booked at the Grand Pacific, room was fine, typical Singapore small, but that's quite normal in Singapore. Nice and clean. Great location. Bed was hard, but that seems to be normal when traveling in Asia, the two hotels I stayed in before Singapore also had hard beds. Would I stay again? For the right price, probably yes.

Amazing, price, location, comfort and facilities. I would recommedn this to all travelling groups. I only have one reservation, which is the unusual decision of playing this weird mix of music composed of various genre e.g. country covers of Michael Jackson songs to mild opera in every corrider and on every floor..

Room Tip: Loose the music in the corridors on every floor.

this hotel has a lovely family feel about it.. Rooms reasonable size with average bathroom All very clean and fresh.. Tea coffee facilities, safe, ironing board, hairdrier, radioclock, and lots of storage space.. Good breakfasts but late comers will not be served.. You are reminded 10 mins before breadfast closes and that was fine for us. Our favorite person was the consierge who had all sorts of local information at his fingertips and was able to sell us tickets for the mrt station and other venues at reduced prices..We spent 10 days there and the hotel helped make the holiday as it was centrally based and in walking distance of the usual things that tourists want to see.. There is a lovely swimming pool in hotel with plenty loungers and you can have lunch served there too.. It also has washing machines and driers discreetly tucked away in a corner of the pool area.. The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable.. Hotel next door to a small shop which sells drinks and snacks and other bits and pieces.. Have been to Singapore quite a few times over the years and would use this hotel again Good price.. Our only criticism would be that they did not really have what would be called a bar area.. There is a small bar with 2 or 3 tables which are doted around the reception area and not really suitable.
