When we checked it was fast and efficient staff were friendly, however the it just went down hill the room was not made up , bathroom was messy, rubbish in the bin, carpet stained,marks on walls damp smell in the lobby. rooms desperately in need of renovated as there very old / small- which we called reception which changed our room to a much nicer room on the 18th floor.
CONS.breakfast seemed to always be cold not much variety, Elevator key got extremely frustrating as it rarely worked which you spend a lot of time riding the elevator up/down till your decides to work. house keeping forgot to leave us towel and toilet paper very annoying in the morning, SHOWER never worked which we had to have a bath we rang reception which assured us that it will be fixed and they would send someone up straight away well no one came after numerous calls to reception , talking to several different staff members finally by day three it was fixed. escalator in main lobby were rarely working and seemed to always being repaired. bathroom has a really bad smell coming through the pipes,
Pros-great location to Bugis MRT station , great restaurants close by.
most definitely better places to stay in Singapore.
Do yourself a favor and stay some where else in Singapore

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies for the lapse in service that you had experienced in your stay with us. Apart from our service staff and great location next to the train station and many eateries, we had disappointed you in other areas. My colleague Yasrid had tried to contact you, please do give him more details on your stay.
We are undergoing refurbishment of our rooms. Perhaps the next time, you could try out one of our newly renovated rooms. Meanwhile, there is no excuse for our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams for not looking after your basic needs of replenishing your towels and fixing your shower in good time. We are investigating on this and will make improvements in this aspect.
We do hope you will return to us in future, and for us to regain your confidence in us.
