I recently returned from a Shopping Holiday in Singapore. I travelled with my 67 year mother and we had a fantastic time.
We stayed at the Plaza Club Rooms and were treated like Royalty. There was such a small difference between the Club Rooms and the other rooms in price but the value was out of this world. We would start every morning in the gym for 1hr then shower and head to a leisurely breakfast. We alternated between the restaurant breakfast and the Club Room Breakfast just for variation. The choices are incredible and beautifully presented. In the evening we headed back to Club Room for our complimentary drinks (alcholic) and appartiffes. The food provided was of First Class Restaurant quality but plenty of it. We didn't go out for dinner once the food was so good at the Club Room and complimentary. We never made it to the Complimentary Afternoon Tea we were too busy during the day and didn't need it anyway.

The staff were exceptional, nothing was any trouble and service was always with a warm friendly smile.

We would stay again at this hotel without any question and definately the Club Rooms best value for Money I have come across in a long time.

I always stay at Royal Plaza on Scotts. The main reason I chose this hotel was because of the "Halal" food served in the Hotel. Very convenient for my family and I.

The location off Orchard Road is excellent. Shops are literally 2 minutes(or less)away!! Excellent choice if you want to do lots of shopping. You have the DFS mall connected next door to the hotel, Far East Plaza opposite, Tangs, Takashimaya etc all within 5 minutes walking distance!

Room was nice and comfortable. Absolutey loved the rain shower!! The breakfast buffet was good, with a decent selection of local and western dishes. The high- tea buffet is a must-try!

Royal Plaza is an execellent hotel. I highly recommend it. Will definately stay at the Royal Plaza again!

Concierge esp Mr. Ibrahim was extremely friendly and helpful.

Me and my mate stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on our way back from Oz.

I recommend this hotel and I don't think you can go wrong - it's very comfortable. There are nice touches like free wifi and mini-bar (don't get too excited it's not fully stocked); however, I don't think I experienced a 5* treatment from the staff.

However, on the whole I recommend it.

p.s. very comfy bed.

Tip: If you don't like shopping there are probably better areas to stay than orchard road.

The hotel Royal Plaza is AMAZING!!!! Its location is awesome!! It is situated just off Orchard Road, right in the heart of all the biggest shopping malls in Singapore-Tangs, Takashimaya, Wisma Atria etc. The rooms were very luxourious and extremely comfortable. The hotel lobby is very tastefully decorated and is beautiful. The service and staff were excellent. It was conventiently located close to the Orchard MRT station. All the eateries were within walking distance. Great place to stay in Singapore!!

The hotel is wonderful. Services are too good. The location, food, services, everything is good. And best thing is that it’s non-smoking hotel.
